The goal of “The Framework” class is to elevate experienced barbers and stylists by refining their technical foundations, sharpening their creative instincts, and deepening their understanding of structure, shape, and client customization.
 
This advanced, hands-on experience is designed to build upon prior training—whether from “The Outline” or real-world shop experience—by pushing students to think more intentionally about their craft.

Throughout the program, students will explore complex haircut shapes, advanced scissor and razor techniques, modern texturizing methods, and integrated clipper work. They will also learn how to break down and build up cuts through diagramming and theory, enabling them to plan with precision and execute with control.
 
But the aim of The Framework is more than technical mastery. It’s about developing a personalized creative process and learning to craft a haircut that is not only well-executed—but meaningful, modern, and client-specific.
 
Students will be challenged to explore new shapes, push past routine, and embrace a deeper level of artistry in their work.
 
By the end of the course, students will leave with more than just new techniques—they’ll gain a sharper eye for shape and balance, a more confident approach to styling and consultation, and a structured mindset they can carry into every service. Whether they’re creating fades, long layered shapes, or asymmetrical cuts, they’ll do so with purpose, precision, and presence.
